Submitting an RFQ does not create a binding contract. Any quotation we provide in response is valid only for the period stated in that quotation and is subject to our standard terms of sale, agreed separately in writing before any order is confirmed.

Export enquiries submitted through this website are subject to applicable Indian export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. It is the enquirer's responsibility to confirm that the products enquired about may lawfully be imported into their country.

Any export order is subject to a separate export agreement covering pricing, Incoterms, documentation, licensing and payment terms, to be agreed between the parties before shipment.
