About Us

ANKUR CHEMFOOD LTD. is largest salt refinery founded in 1994 by Champalal Group of Companies headed by Mr.Ashok C. Parekh. Company engaged in Manufacturing, Marketing Export of Refined Free Flow Iodised Salt and Pure Industrial Salt. The Company has stake in diversified industries, with annual group turnover of more than Rs. 1000 Crores (US$200m.) The company has total five manufacturing plants having capacity of 10 Lakhs tons, situated at Village Chopadava (Salt City) and Varsana on National Highway 8-A, the most favoured marine belt producing Quality Salt of Country located nearby Deendayal Port Trust (Kandla) and Adani Port (Mundra) of Gujarat.

The Company is in manufacturing of Refined Free Flow Iodized Salt & Pure Industrial Salt processed with latest automated machinery based on world’s best SWISS TECHNOLOGY.

The Company has adequate infrastructure facilities to meet all requirements to deliver the Quality Products conformed the Standard of Industry.

- Covered Finished Goods Storage (in volume): 40,000 MT Capacity
- Packaging Units capacity: 90,000 Tons per Month

Quality Assurance

The Company has in-house Modern Quality Control Laboratory with Modern Testing equipment and fully trained Qualified Staff monitoring the Quality of products at all stages conforming the BSI and FSSAI and ISO Standard manufacturing Practices..
